Mission Control does not currently expose a standalone Send mini-agent for arbitrary wallet addresses or ENS names.
  • For assets in your connected wallet, send them with that wallet’s own transfer flow.
  • For assets in your Otto account, use the /app withdrawal panel documented in Moving Funds Out. That flow binds the destination to your connected EOA; it is not an arbitrary-recipient send form.
Transfers are irreversible — verify the chain, token, amount, and destination before approving them in the active rail.
For funds held in an external/connected wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, hardware), send directly from your own wallet app. For funds held in your Otto Safe, see Moving Funds Out.
