Otto is under active development. Features can change, pause or fail. Its research is information, not financial advice; transactions can lose the funds you commit.

Protect your account

  • Use useotto.xyz for the app and docs.useotto.xyz for these guides. Check the domain before signing.
  • Never send a seed phrase, private key, password, login code or access token to support.
  • Review the source account, network, token, amount, destination and token approval before signing.
  • Protect the email account used for Coinbase sign-in. Wallet recovery and export depend on the provider; exporting a wallet does not export a Safe or revoke another operator’s authority.
See Accounts & permissions to identify who can sign for each balance.

Transactions and positions

Quotes and account state can change after a transaction is prepared. Review a plan against your intent and discard it if expired. For an interrupted transfer, check its saved status before creating another one; follow Moving funds out.

Permissions and service-operated accounts

An active permission can let Otto act without asking you each time. Its per-action cap is not a total spending budget or loss limit. Stopping permission does not close positions or transfer funds. Earlier Safes and the Hyperliquid, Polymarket and Otto X service accounts have their own owners, operators and exits. Service outages or execution defects can delay or block an action, including withdrawal. A wallet connection alone does not establish control over those accounts.

Research and paid calls

AI reports and market data can be wrong, stale or incomplete. Check the stated analysis time, source coverage and limitations. A paid report may use the most recent completed analysis rather than a fresh calculation. Payment, delivery, retries and refunds follow the specific API or agent contract. Do not assume a failed response means no payment was made, or that a receipt provides unlimited repeat access. Third-party wallet, data, routing, model and hosting providers have their own terms and availability. For more detail, read Security & audits, the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
