Earlier account tools are in the legacy dashboard. A new interface or sign-in does not migrate assets onchain.

Restore the original sign-in

  • Email or social sign-in: use the original Dynamic method in the legacy dashboard. Verify the wallet address against your records. Using the same email in the newer Coinbase account does not restore the earlier wallet.
  • External wallet: reconnect the original address. A different connected wallet points to a different account.
If the expected wallet does not appear, contact support before funding another address. Use only the provider’s own recovery or export controls; never send recovery material or login codes to support.

Locate the balance

Check the full address and network. The legacy portfolio covers its own accounts; it is not your Coinbase balance or a complete portfolio across Otto. Its yield suggestions are display-only. The legacy Withdraw panel can send eligible trading-Safe USDC on Base to the connected wallet. It cannot withdraw every token, chain or funding Safe. For eligible earlier smart-contract-wallet funding cases, the recovery page provides a separate USDC recovery path.
