1. Service Description & Beta Stage
Otto is an AI-powered digital asset assistant designed to help users interact with Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols, execute token swaps and bridges via third-party services (like Li.Fi), and access market analysis. IMPORTANT: The Service is currently in a Beta STAGE. This means it is undergoing active development, testing, and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Features may change significantly without notice. Use of the Service during the Beta phase is entirely at your own risk. Otto AI does NOT provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information or analysis provided by the AI is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a recommendation or endorsement. Always conduct your own thorough research (DYOR).2. Risks and User Responsibility
- a. Beta Software Risks: You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with using beta-stage software, including potential loss of funds, unexpected behavior, data inaccuracies, and temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service.
- b. DeFi & Smart Contract Risks: Interacting with DeFi protocols involves significant risks, including smart contract vulnerabilities (even in audited contracts used by third parties like Li.Fi), impermanent loss, price volatility, network congestion, and regulatory uncertainty. Otto AI merely provides an interface; we do not control or guarantee the outcome of interactions with external protocols.
- c. Accounts and Execution Authority: Otto uses connected-wallet actions, smart accounts, delegated accounts and service-operated trading accounts. Ownership, signing authority and recovery differ by account and execution path; see Accounts & permissions. Account-abstraction infrastructure and contract checks do not eliminate execution or third-party protocol risk.
- d. Test with Small Amounts: Due to the beta nature and inherent DeFi risks, you agree to use the Service only with small amounts of digital assets that you can afford to lose entirely.
- e. Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your connected wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and passwords. Otto does not ask you to disclose your connected wallet’s private key or seed phrase. Separately delegated and service-operated accounts have the signing authority described in the account guide.
- f. AI Limitations: The AI assistant may provide inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Do not rely solely on the AI for decision-making. Verify all information independently.
