Phase 1: Foundation & Execution (Q2-Q3 2025 - ✅ Completed) In just five months, we transformed an ambitious idea into a powerful, live platform. We hit every foundational milestone, building the engine that powers Otto AI today.
  • Platform Launch & Core Tech: Deployed the useotto.xyz web app with foundational AI/NLP and integrated Account Abstraction for smart account operations.
  • Advanced DeFi Integrations: Successfully integrated industry-leading protocols to provide one-click, conversational access to:
    • Leveraged Trading on Hyperliquid
    • Automated Yield Strategies on Pendle Finance
    • High-Yield Lending on Aave
    • AI Airdrop Farming
  • Proprietary AI Engines: Launched our powerful Advanced Wallet Analysis for instant portfolio optimization and integrated a suite of market intelligence feeds (CoinGecko, DefiLlama).
  • Launched the Otto AI ACP Swarm (V1): The centerpiece of our ecosystem vision. We successfully built and deployed our initial swarm of specialized agents (Market Alpha, News Intelligence, Image Gen) on the Agent Commerce Protocol.
Phase 2: Ignition & TGE (October 2025 - ✅ Completed) This was our moment of ignition. All past execution funneled into this pivotal month as we transitioned from a builder-centric phase to a community- and growth-focused protocol.
  • TGE on Virtuals Unicorn Launchpad (October 15th): Our Token Generation Event took place on the premier launchpad for AI x Crypto projects, placing Otto AI at the center of the narrative from day one.
  • Official Points Program Launch: To catalyze growth and reward our earliest supporters, we launched our comprehensive Points Program. Every on-chain action is now tracked, turning user engagement directly into TGE rewards.
  • Massive Community & Marketing Push: We executed a multi-channel strategy to rapidly grow our user base, share our vision, and establish Otto AI as a market leader.
  • Otto DAO & Governance Framework Release: Published the detailed framework for the Otto DAO, outlining the utility of the $OTTO token and our path towards community-led governance.
  • Community & Ecosystem Proof: Showcased our technology and collaborated with top minds at Hackathons, validating our architecture and building key relationships.
Phase 3: Ecosystem Expansion (Q4 2025 - 📍 You Are Here) Post-TGE, we are deploying resources to expand the Otto ecosystem, focusing on core infrastructure and next-generation intelligence.
  • ACP Swarm V2 & x402 Protocol: ✅ We’ve successfully integrated the x402 protocol, enabling our AI agent swarm to communicate and transact as a true B2B/B2C infrastructure. The swarm is now composed of four primary agents providing 13 distinct services across five chains, including swapping, bridging, and cross-chain swaps.
  • Base Mini App Support: ✅ Launched our presence on Base, expanding our reach and accessibility within the Farcaster ecosystem.
  • ACP Market Dashboard (V1): ✅ Deployed an internal dashboard for monitoring our agent ecosystem’s performance and health.
  • Hyperliquid Connectivity: ✅ Our AI agent swarm integration with Hyperliquid is live offering 200+ Crypto perps on the premier perp trading platform
  • Prediction Market Connectivity: Connecting our AI to real-time prediction markets is a top priority and on track for delivery by the end of the year.
Phase 4: Ubiquity & Intelligence (2026) Our long-term vision is to make Otto the indispensable, ubiquitous AI layer for all of Web3, pushing the boundaries of autonomous finance.

  • The “Degen Den” - Pro Tools: Ship a suite of advanced features for power users, including AI-driven safety scores, wallet-profiling for alpha, and enhanced contract vetting tools.
  • The Otto Mobile Companion (iOS & Android): The ultimate flagship product. A native mobile app that puts the full power of the Otto Co-Pilot and Swarm in your pocket, complete with voice commands and proactive intelligence.
