Last updated: **July 22, 2026**. This page is the current product map. It is not a promise list — we document what is live as live, and what is built but not enabled as not enabled. While it is fenced, use [BYO-x402](/account-and-settings/enterprise-agent-layer#byo-x402-live-today). | ## Recent Progress * **Agent Quickstart + one-block handoff:** a stock agent can bring itself up on Otto's x402 endpoints from a single pasted block — no signup, no API key. See [Agent Quickstart](/getting-started/agent-quickstart). * **x402 Open Router trio is live:** Meta Intelligence (discover), Full Auto (hands-off pay-on-your-behalf at cost + a flat \$0.001), and the money-back feedback rail are live and armed. * **Otto Swap & Bridge Mini-Agent:** swap and bridge merged into one console across supported chains (incl. Avalanche), with tokenized equities on Robinhood Chain and a free equity-intel card on stock buys. * **Otto X on OKX:** Otto X (X Layer agentic wallet) is listed on OKX, with USDG support. * **ACP migration complete:** Butler is fully deprecated — ACP access is via `acp-cli` or the ACP Web GUI. * **User-owned Safe is rolling out (gated early access):** Otto is converging onto a [Safe smart account your wallet solely owns](/introduction/safe7579-architecture). While disarmed, Otto has no session authority; if you activate Otto, the named trading operator receives unrestricted, non-expiring authority until revocation, and the separate billing operator receives only a bounded, expiring permission. It is **not yet the default**, and live execution still runs on Otto's existing rail during the migration. * **Legacy chat retired in favor of `/app`:** the standalone conversational-chat surface has been deprecated; `useotto.xyz/chat` and `useotto.xyz/analysis` now redirect to [/app](https://useotto.xyz/app), where Mission Control's mini-agents and Portfolio Co-Pilot live. * **EAL BYO-x402 is live:** point your own agent (Claude Code / Cursor / any runtime) at Otto's x402 catalog and pay per call. See [Empire Access Layer](/account-and-settings/enterprise-agent-layer). * **Storefront family cleaned up:** x402, MPP, and Otto X now have source-backed coverage docs and symmetric storefront naming. * **DCA mini-agent shipped:** The DApp mini-agent push has started with DCA infrastructure, worker support, and bot controls. * **Otto X hardened:** Recovery, calldata validation, and partial-broadcast handling are now part of the X Layer execution surface. * **Prediction Markets documented:** Polymarket trading through ACP is now part of the public four-agent swarm docs. * **MPP scoped clearly:** MPP is blessed as a read-only/query storefront, not an execution mirror of x402. ## Current Priorities ### DApp as an empire surface (not a separate AI brain) The DApp surface is `/app` Mission Control: a dashboard onto the empire that already consumes the agents. Its mini-agents call agent capabilities (the Market Alpha agent's intelligence, Trade Execution swaps/bridges), so the DApp packages agent services into focused, form-driven workflows. The legacy standalone chat brain is **deprecated**, not rearchitected — power-user agent access lives in [EAL](/account-and-settings/enterprise-agent-layer), not a dApp chat box. What this means: * DApp workflows route through the same agent capabilities exposed through ACP and HTTP storefronts where practical. * Human users get guided form flows and portfolio context. One-shot owner actions require confirmation; an activated unified arm authorizes supported trading and yield actions without another owner signature until revocation. * Agents and builders get deterministic endpoints, receipts, and route-selection docs. ### Safe convergence Otto is converging onto a [user-owned Safe7579 account](/introduction/safe7579-architecture) whose sole owner is your wallet. It is **rolling out in a gated early access**, not yet the default; live execution still runs on Otto's existing rail during the migration. The **owner-armed agent execution** step is **live as the public arm**: activation installs a non-expiring, unrestricted trading permission for one named Otto trading operator — plus a bounded, expiring billing permission for a different operator — until you revoke them (supported workflows are expanding across the same rail). You pick a live mini-agent (Swap, Bridge, or DCA), or inspect the in-validation RSI preview; public RSI execution remains disabled. DCA was the first major example. The next useful mini-agent surfaces package already-live Otto capabilities into simple, repeatable workflows. Good candidates: * Swap and bridge workflows * Yield allocation and monitoring * Hyperliquid position helpers * Market intelligence widgets * Creative tools ### Agent-Native Distribution Otto should stay available where other agents already operate: * ACP and `acp-cli` * x402 clients and discovery files * MPP clients * X Layer / OKX surfaces * OpenClaw-style skill runtimes * Agent marketplaces and mini-app surfaces ### Safety, Receipts, and Recovery As execution surfaces expand, the next documentation and product gaps are operational: * Where funds need to sit before each action * What permission or signature the user grants * What receipt proves success * How to recover when payment succeeds but execution fails * How to revoke or exit each custody model ## Historical Milestones ### 2025 Foundation * Launched the Otto DApp for conversational DeFi. * Integrated swaps, bridges, lending, yield, Hyperliquid, portfolio analysis, and market intelligence. * Launched \$OTTO and the Season 1 points/airdrop program. * Built the first ACP agent swarm and expanded toward agent-to-agent distribution. ### 2025-2026 Agent Expansion * Scaled to four ACP agents: Market Alpha, Trading, Tools, and Prediction Markets. * Launched x402, MPP, and Otto X storefronts. * Added multi-model image generation, video generation, AI research, referrals, and prediction-market trading. * Registered toward on-chain agent reputation and agent commerce standards. * Built revenue-backed token burn reporting into the tokenomics story.
